Fever, Colds, Bleeding

Yarrow is used to help reduce a fever related to a cold. It will help to reduce body temperature when it is too high or too uncomfortable. It is best used when acute with the common cold and fever. It is important to remember that fever is the immune system's response to being overloaded and fever is the body's attempt to heal itself from invasions of germs, virus and bacteria.

Yarrow is best used to help control a fever when "too high" or when the fever causes boday pain beyond one's comfort zone.

Yarrow is also used to stop bleeding. It is hemostatic and can be applied topically to help stop bleeding or taken internally to help with internal bleeding.
