• Pine – Helps ease breathlessness and clear sinuses, mentally refreshing.
• Rosemary – Said to be a tonic for the lungs helping with breathing issues.
• Lavender – Beneficial to the respiratory system, relaxing, calming, restorative.
• Cedarwood – Its expectorant properties help ease respiratory conditions.

Ways to use:

Topically: Dilute in unscented natural lotions, creams, or carrier oils and use as a chest rub or general massage.

Aromatically: Use in a diffuser or add 18-20 drops per ounce of water in a spray bottle to use as a mist. Or add a few drops to the shower floor to help clear congestion.
